Good mouse if you receive the correct dock
Like the mouse but the dock was not correct. Will change the rating if the replacement is correct.Update: The replacement had the correct dock. Changed to 5 stars

Amazing Basilisk Ultimate for my setup! Love the grip, the size and the RGB.
Hi!I owned the previous version of this mouse: the Basilisk Hyperspeed. I loved that mouse, too much. But, after 3 years using that mouse and being with me, I decided to stop buying batteries and buy one with charging dock (another excellent decision). I love Razer btw, so I choose to upgrade to Razer Viper ultimate. Bad choice. I did not make enough research, so I ended up with a lighter and smaller mouse. I have big hands, so after years using the Basilisk and NOW using a feather mouse, it was too much for me. My hand use to hurt and it gave anxiety. But now, buying this mouse. WOW and WOW.It has all the amazing features as the old one and the charging dock experience is amazing. I buy it refurbished, but the only difference was that it was not in the original package, no other differences so far.Of course, the Basilisk V3 is out there, and I'm 100% sure that is good, but for now, this Basilisk ultimate, is the BEST mouse for me, it fits perfectly. And BTW, if you buy some grip tape, the look and feel it's wayyyy better. Thanks Razer!!

Great quality as expected
Works flawlessly. Have been replacing all my Corsair peripherials with Razor. Seems to be of equal or better quality without all the headaches from horrible Icue software.

Great mouse!
It’s 4 stars because I had to get a replacement due to the wireless not connecting to my pc. However they sent me a new one in a day and it works great! The first go around I just got the everything in the Amazon box. The second one came in a razor box with the og Amazon box. Which to me shows a little more care. I understand the risk I take while buying a reconditioned product. But it can be worth it! No hassle besides 1 day of the mouse not connecting! The second mouse seamlessly connected faster than the first one so that was a great sign it was going to work!

Great product
I’ve used it for about a day or two so far so good. Was a little worried about it being refurbished but that wasn’t an issue

Poor Razer Warranty Service - No Exceptions Allowed
I purchased this Basilisk from Amazon, aware it was a renewed product. The rubber thumb button cap was missing from the factory packaging. I contacted Razer per their instructions to direct inquiries to them regarding product quality rather than the seller (there is a literal Razer product card telling you to do this if you have an issue). The rubber thumb button cap probably costs less than $1 and is half the size of your little fingernail. Razer denied my repeated request to mail be a replacement cap because the product, though purchased from Amazon, was from a 3rd party seller who was not an authorized retailer. Razors emails were infuriating, written in poor English, and making no allowance or exception to the fact that I provided the serial number for the mouse or that I was simply looking for a tiny, inexpensive rubber cap. The multi billion dollar company unwilling to bend or even offer to SELL ME the missing part. Multiple infuriating emails “apologizing for inconvenience” and telling me to bring my problem to the seller. The mouse works fine, I just wanted the missing cap. While technically I am screwed since the mouse was sold by a 3rd party seller through Amazon, it is a legit Razer product with a serial number, factory packaging and sold on Amazon, a reputable marketplace. I was expecting a company to go the extra mile to assist me - especially given I was only looking for a tiny little missing cap, not replacement of the whole mouse. Heck they didn’t even offer to sell me the missing part. Don’t bother with Razer - go with Logitech, steel series, Roccat or some other brand.
