I absolutely love this already I've noticed my bottom and legs toning 👍Especially the cellulite on the backs of my legs are diminishing 👍I sit on my blow up ball and use this tool whilst watching TV you can also use it for under arms👍The only downside is to be careful when you first start the clinches as you might nip a little fat in between the tool🙈😳😜

i am fit and wanted thisspecific for lower glutes ( bottom area) but it is very difficult to squeeze .. need avideo or written instruction .. took a while to arrive

I find it slips alot and is not so easy to use. I was a bit disappointed with the plastic, it's very hard and seems a bit cheap, but in fairness it was at the lower end of the market. If I was to buy another I would spend a bit more
