LG Tone Ultra HBS-830 Bluetooth Wireless Stereo Headset with Home/Car Charger (Retail Packing)

I have had several of the LG headsets. I work from home as a factory sales agent so I'm on the phone much of the day and also use these for music during recreational activities in the evening. The around the neck design lets me not have them in my ear except when I need to make or answer a call the earbuds are there waiting. The sound is clear and the mic pick up my voice well. The noise cancelling is not overwhelming. In daily 8-10 use the battery stays up well. My experience says this style will likely go bad on one earbud in about a year.

Sound is clear, easy to connect, & comfortable to wear. I sometimes forget I'm wearing it..

I love the sound,wearability and easy of use! The length of charge has improved dramatically over the past few years. My biggest issue is the relatively poor transmission of my voice during phone calls. About 1/2 the time I have to take the incoming call either by speakerphone or the old-fashioned wat with holding my phone to my 👂 ear! The number 2 issue is the loss of sound in 1 of the ear . This is my 4 headset in about 5 or 6 years and the 2nd one with this issue!! 🤔 The #3 issue is the rubber flap on the charging port. 3 out of 4 of my headsets had this flap wear out after approximately 12 to 18 months of daily use. Otherwise this is an absolutely fantastic headset. I use it everyday and go to sleep with listening to the BBC ,NPR or a Ballgame about everynight! Fantastic improved battery model/ product.

Solid headset. Good sound. The controls aren't as intuitive as the HBS520, but they aren't too hard to figure out. The battery life is good for day to day listening, and it charges pretty fast. I can go from 0 battery to fully charged in about 1.5 hours.

First pair I owned worked great for about a year, until wires started coming loose in retractable earbud. So I bought this 2nd pair, worked good for about 2 weeks, now won't turn on...have to click on and off for a dozen or so times in hopes of it turning on. Definite wiring issues with these earbuds

Slightly different controls compared to my old set, so a mild learning curve. Well built. Not sure what ‘moisture wicking’ has to do with anything, but the review guide said to mention it. And no. It does not wick moisture. 🥸

These things are great.......until they're not great. I have purchased 4 of these in the last 2 years and with every one of them, the right ear piece quit working within 4/6 months. I'll be looking to try another brand.
