Exactly what I was looking for
Arrived well packed, and with no delay. I have been experiencing trouble finding split peas in any grocery store, so this was a welcome find.

Not Edible
These peas are dry and did not plump up after three days of soaking.I made a second attempt and soaked some in water for two days and then microwaved them in a big bowl of water for 40 minutes and they still didn’t soften up enough to be edible. On the third attempt, I soaked them and boiled them for hours and they were still hard and not edible.I definitely would not buy again. I wasted many hours of my time for nothing.

Theses make great mushy peas I should know I'm from WalesOnly $ 4.79 a pound a killer deal .the British mushy peas in a box are $ 14.79 a pound you do the math

Be careful opening the box/bag
Not so great. The bag is split open and peas went everywhere

The split peas cook faster.
Theses are fine peas, however split peas cook much faster and appear to be the same cost.
