Good quality
Excellent product from all sides, but little expensive. Could be bought in 2000.

Doesn't cut the whole length
When I tried to cut A3 sheets, it was able to cut about 12 inches fine, but missed the last few inches. I thought it was a defective piece, so asked for a replacement. The replaced piece also had the same problem, so I asked for a refund. I think this is a general problem with their A3 cutter. It was able to cut A4 size paper fine, but anything longer than that was a problem. Otherwise, it seemed like a decent cutter, very sturdy. Unfortunately, I had to return because I needed to cut A3 sheets. The replacement, return and refund processes were very smooth.
