Highly recommend for resealing aquariums
So I know everyone on the internet says that pretty much anything that’s 100% silicone will work for resealing an aquarium, but I didn’t see any reason to risk it. This stuff is made specifically for aquariums, so I knew there’d be no surprises. I followed the directions to the various online videos about how to reseal an aquarium using this product, and the only surprise I had was that I had to be careful when smoothing the caulk out not to spread it to thin making it a transparent. The adhesive strength seems very good and the aquarium I used this on passed it’s leak test on my first try. The black color looks really nice and frames the view of the aquarium. One downside is the vinegar smell is super strong until it’s done curing, but after that it’s just fine. Overall, I’ll be using this again if I need to silicone anything in an aquarium.

Very black silicon
If you need black silicon, I do recommend this product. It has a nice deep black. The smell is very strong but fades rather quickly. This silicon has strong bonding power.It works great for vivarium backdrops.

Easy to work with, BUT
Really easy to install and smooth, BUT, as you can see the labels say black. This is the clearest black i have ever seen. COME ON MANUFACTURER GET IT TOGETHER, it's not that hard to tell if black or clear is going in the tube. I actually paid more to get black, but i guess clear will do. As far as longevity, i will update if any issues. I need my 150 gallon aquarium not to leak.

This is some heavy duty silicone used on my 92 gallon corner tank that I resealed fyi let dry for two weeks!!

Sealed my 125 gallom
I used this product to seal a used 125 gallon aquarium. No issues so far and the tank has been up and running the last 3 months with no leaks

Excellent product
Re-sealed a 120 gallon and a 125 with this product. Worked perfectly and seems way stronger than the API silicone I have used previous. Working time is good and was not overly smelly.
