This is a great resource. I used in a class I took recently and found it very easy to read and apply. It's not your run of the mill (dry and boring) book on performance management but rather a practical tool that should be on every manager's bookshelf. It contains great illustrations of real-life situations that show why traditional forms of management and performance appraisal often are not effective and how impactful real performance management can be.

This book was very informative. Performance Management is key in keeping and setting guidelines for employees. I found the book very informative and easy to read.
