Q: how comfortable is the fabric? Is it like seating on a new pair of denims? Kind of stiff.

Yeah. They have broken in with time but are still a little stiff. I think that’s the nature of the fabric, but it is not uncomfortable imo

No. These are for 2016-2018 3rd gen Tacoma's.

Q: Will these work with the leather seats in my Tacoma?

Not sure why you would cover up the leather, but, as long as it’s a 2016-2018, yes.

Q: is this a front and back set?how do i get the back seat cover?

This is the front seat cover. I had to look up the model number on the carhartt website, there’s one for the front and one for the back. Get the model number for the backseat of your particular truck and then search for it on Amazon.
