These are a great value for the money, good quality, zero stomach upset, they’re easy to swallow with my other supplements, no bad taste or odor as the last brand I had purchased.

Seems to be a powerful blend. Know this supplement before you use it and if you are taking any prescriptions make sure this won't interfere with that drug. Talk to your doctor if you're not sure.Many supplements are simply amazing but be careful adding and stacking your daily consumption 1 2 3 4 etc because let's say if all your supplements potentially thin your blood it could be problematic if taking all in a day.Rotate supplements out as necessary.Every person's situation is different.
