I love these soap nuts! They are absolutely amazing! Way better than I anticipated! I gently simmered them in a pot on the stove to make a liquid cleanser. I simmered them for about a half hour. Then took them off the burner and let them cool to almost room temperature. Then put them through a stainless steel mesh strainer, after that strained them through the muselin bag that came with the soap nuts, to make sure all the bits came out. Then used the liquid in a small load of laundry, I used about 1/4 cup, it did amazingly! Clothes came out clean and then when I put my clothes through the dryer, they came out soft and fluffy. I used the liquid as shampoo too and loved it! No greasy feel at all, my hair feels clean and soft! These are so simple and NO chemicals to worry about!

I was very skeptical and bought these on a whim along with a jug of castile soap. It comes with a small bag to put the nuts into the washer so that's nice. These produce almost no suds but seem to clean fine. Clothes come out clean and there is no scent. I'm not sure if they would work as well on very dirty clothes but for everyday clothes, sheets etc they are great.

I like the soap nuts, the value, the low impact on the environment so I thought I'd try it. I used a front load washer on hot and the soap nuts pieces in the provided bag. Unfortunately the nuts left a yellow residue on my white sheets and towels. The residue washed out when I ran them through the cycle again, without soap.I think they work better in a washing machine that uses more water so they aren't stuck in one place. I'll pass these on to my daughter who uses a top load washer and go back to Dropps.

They do exactly what they are intended to do. The clothing comes out clean and ZERO odors.

Not worth it . It didn't make bubbles or did it smell clean

So far I have no complaints regarding this product. It seems like a weird way to launder your clothes, but they seem clean and fresh.

My auntie introduced me to soap nuts about a year ago and it has saved us a lot of money on laundry soap.I had purchased my first bag from another vendor and was happy but I can already see the difference.The nuts were not as pretty as the last ones but they were thicker and moister in appearance.I was taken aback but I now see that they are actually better and more potent. I can now see the bubbles on the baggie after the wash I know I is cleaning my clothe.I will by from tis company again.
