Ink runs out.
I love these pens! Unfortunately they run out of ink quickly. I just ordered some more, but I need to find a pens that writes as well but lasts longer. They are too expensive for such a short time of use.

Nice, smooth writing pens! I had them in blue and black and the rest of the family liked them so much, I bought the colorful multi-pack to spread them around. Great pens!

They all didn't work
The pens were great (if they would write). We had two in our pack that we never got working.

Still the smoothest pen but doesn't write consistently for the extra $ stay with the regular Profile
I've been using Paper Mate Profile for years but lately they haven't been writing consistently; sometimes not enough ink and I have to re-write what I just wrote and other times too much ink and being left handed I end up smearing my paper. I decided to try the Elite but they write about the same; however, the ink doesn't last as long so to me, it's not worth the extra cost. So, if you like the Paper Mate Profile stick with that. I'm still not happy with the quality of the Paper Mate Profile so I'm still experimenting with other brands until I can find a replacement or until Paper Mate improves the quality of their ink. It's been pretty bad lately and it wasn't like this before.

Smooth writing, doesn't smear. Pretty colors. Orange is super light but its still a nice color.Will buy again when I need new pens.

I really love pens that are comfortable and write smooth. I really like journaling by hand, and so performance and comfort are really important to me.I was really excited to see that Paper Mate made bold pens, anything above a 1.0 should be smoother to write with and the ink should be darker.These aren't bad pens, they are very comfortable to write with. But they aren't as smooth as I thought they should be, and the ink isn't that bold. They are good pens, but I just thought they would be better than they are.I probably won't buy them again.

These pens are so great
I love the way they write. I haven't received them yet. A bit expensive - not sure if Paper Mate still makes these?
