Never looking back...
HP Photosmart 7510This is my first experience purchasing generic/recycled print cartridges and though I've only printed a few pages and photos so far, I have no doubt that these cartidges will continue to perform just as they did with the first page, flawless. In my opinion, the quality actually surpasses the original HP cartridges. As far as leaking goes, there were some spots on thee inside of protective cover that twists off the bottom, but as long as you take it off carefully and dispose of it, no ink should get anywhere. I also had no trouble with any dripping out of the cartridge itself even while holding it upside down and giving it a little shake. Cartridges are transparent and ink levels are visibly full. After installing, the printer did warn that they were non-HP cartridges but allowed me to proceed and never showed the message again. Ink levels did not show up immediately, but after cleaning the cartridges(might be "clean print head option for other printers")the levels showed as full. The only slight drawback was that I had to bend the tabs out a little bit in order to get them to snap securely into place, but no biggie. Any of these...I wouldn't even call them "inconveniences"...let's call them "extra steps", are more than worth performing for the money I've saved and will continue to save on into the future.

away from the money clutch of the manufacturer and knowing what's really going on
Of course at $22 for TWO sets of color and FOUR blacks, this sounded like junk following junk.I've been a computer tech/electronic tech for over 60 years of my life. I was an authorized printer service department. The original HP cartridges were designed to be replaced OFTEN and at a very high price. We always knew that OEM cartridges are/were the best, I say, we knew then not we know now.Example: Your printer shows like it needs a cartridge and you can't see in it so to guess is either fix or error. Put one in when it doesn't need it and you wasted the most of one and if it's just black... $25 for that one mistake, color even more.JARBO, you can look at the cartridge and see how much ink is in it, now, isn't that simple.I noticed we had put over $1500.00 dollars in this printer in cartridges. Guess that's what the almost free printer's design was to sell ink.Does it work well. Personally, I don't see any that would draw me back to the manufacturer. You might have to clean out the ink test well if it gets too full of ink and plugging the print head. You might have to replace that print head (I clean them, can't go into that now) but you'll find you use it even more because you have control now. The mystery is mostly gone.If the printer says "not hp product, may not work well", you'll soon know how well it works.

First usage not going well at the moment. (see update!)
All things man made can and will fail. Previously, I was using another brand of ink cartridges that worked fine but the colors were not up to par when I printed a picture. I understood that I wasn't getting HP ink but when considering price vs. quality, I felt that it was a good trade off given that I seldom print pictures. I went back on Amazon to buy more prior to running out of them so that I wouldn't get caught short. While doing so, I saw the JARBO cartridges and decided to try them. Relative to appearance, the cartridges make a good impression. When they arrived, I stashed them away because I was still using the remaining cartridges from the other brand. Recently, I began using the JARBO cartridges. Immediately, I began to have intermittent ink blotting. Also, I have entire segments of printed documents with unreadable text. Of course, I put my printer through the paces of head realignment and cleaning but the problem persists. Can I say definitively that it is the fault of the cartridges? No, but these are 564xl cartridges that have the print head on the cartridge and the aberrant print issues started when I began using the JARBO cartridges. Note that I printed some documents this morning that were fine.UPDATE:The company contacted me and apologized for the problems that I am having and expressed their willingness to make things right. I sent pictures of some recently printed documents that contained smudged or missing print. They responded by sending replacement cartridges (to my mother's address because I made a purchase for her following my initial purchase). No matter, I'm pleased that they are attempting to honor their good name. What's interesting is that my cartridge is no longer producing flawed print. I am surmising that it may have been over filled but that's an unqualified guess. Whatever the case, my documents are now printing perfectly. A good takeaway is that the company stands by its product! I'm giving them 5 stars!

Works well
No problems. Started up immediately, except for usual HP threats. Black is black and Colours are good. Time will tell how long they last. At their price you can’t go wrong.

Quality product and quick delivery
Got the ink cartridges on time as promised. Put them in my HP printer. Printer didn’t recognize them as HP. Bypassed message and printed a couple pages. Beautiful crisp colour and equally crisp black. $110.00 at Costco for 4 cartridges. Great price and quality.

Excellent Replacement
I have just ordered my second Jarbo 12 pk. These cartridges are great. Easy to use, exactly like the HP brand but at a fraction of the price. I would recommend these to anyone needing ink.

Great value for the money
Used this on an older HP 7520 printer for the kids.Works great with no compatibility issues. Just needed to align the printer heads after installing.Costs significantly less than OEM HP ink cartridges, so I will likely buy another set when I need to.
