Great size
My grand children ages 1-4 loved playing with these. Most age approperate for them when they were 2 1/2 to 3. Although they played with the pieces at 18months -36 months when be became cofident & profiecent in putting the pices on the pegs.

Endless fun and learning for my toddler
Learning, toddler-style: My 1.5-year-old initially got frustrated by this toy (he wanted to put the 1-hole-pieces on everything). Over the course of 2 months, he learned how to count the holes and recognize the shapes, and stacks them up every day! No paint has chipped off (even though he has tried to give them to the dogs multiple times)! The only downfall is the pieces being small and easily lost under/in the couch.

My 1-year-old Grandson Loves this
I bought this little toy for my 1-year-old grandson. I had no toys at my home and didn't have room for a lot since my home is small. He would play with my silicone drink coasters all the time so I figured it was time to buy a real toy that could occupy him when he visits. OMG, I was shocked how much he loves this. He has a ton of fancy toys at home, but he is enamored by this simple toy, colorful, and very durable toy. It has really helped him learn colors, shapes, and helped with hand-eye coordination. I have had it for about 3 months now and he still loves it. He goes straight to this little toy every day and he learns something new everyday. His mom and dad can't believe he is so enthralled with something so simple, but he loves it. I would highly recommend for a toddler as a great learning toy.
