Overall very durable, however, it is inflexible and does not sit flat on the floor. I gave it a three because the product does not lie flat and may lead to unsteady equipment sitting on it leading to errors. It may be good for a desk chair but it was purchased for medical equipment to sit on, and it does not lie flat. Despite following the directions to flatten in a warm room and I placed heavy items on it. Yet, it still warps. It is work going to an actual store to feel the material if you are purchasing this type of matt for a room or office.

This was precisely what I was looking for. Unfortunately, it shipped rolled up so it took about a week using books as weight to get the mat to lie flat. It is a good thickness and the small little dimples (protuding outward) on the underside prevent the mat from slipping and hence, no need to tape the mat to the carpet. Have used the mat for about 2 months now.

This chair mat should not be put on a thick carpet. It needs good support. The material tends to distort under the weight of a wheel, over time. It should be better on a thin pile or hard surface. Not sure about the anti-static aspects, so far have not noticed any build-up.

Still had some static issues, so it doesn't seem to be completely anti-static, but it definitely helped.

THE MAT WAS DELIVERED ROLLED UP - IN THE PAST THEY WERE ALWAYS DELIVERED IN BETWEEN CARDBOARD FLAT. WE LAID THE MAT FLAT FOR A WEEK AND STILL DIDNT LAY OUT FLAT. SO WE TRIED SOME HEAT TO IT AND THAT HELPED A LITTLE BIT. IT JUST MADE IT HARD TO TRIM IT TO SIZE WITH IT BEING FOLDED. SO IN THE FUTURE WE WOULD APPRECIATE IF THEY WERE SHIPPED FLAT.

TERRIBLE PRODUCT -- MATERIAL IS VERY THICK AND RIGID AND COMES ROLLED UP IN A SMALL BOX. DESPITE TRYING TO OPEN IT AND LAYING IT FLAT @ ROOM TEMP, THE MATERIAL IS WARPED AND WILLNOT LAY FLAT. ALSO, DIDN'T REALIZE THERE IS A RETURN FEE -- WHICH IS ACTUALLY THE SAME COST OF THE PADS, SO NOT A GOOD BUYING EXPERIENCE OVER HERE...

The price for this mat is half of the price of other mats this size, and I don't understand why, but I am very happy with the purchase. I use it on a short but thick plush carpet--my chair rolls OK, but I would have preferred a little thicker mat. It was also wonderful to have something this large delivered to my home.

Great price and delivery. Mat does "crawl" a bit and need repositioning once a week on standard pile carpet due to short "cleats" on underside, however, the size is perfect for my application with my 6 Double wheel roll about chair. I will purchase this same mat again should the need arise.
