Hero's PrideDeluxe Compact Bi-Fold ID Case with Recessed Badge Cutout, 7 Point Star, Fits Badge Size 2-3/4 x 2-3/4" (0010)

I am fairly pleased with this wallet. The craftsmanship seems to be up to par and my badge (Smith&Warren model M399CA - which advertises 3"x3") fits like a glove. Couldn't ask for a better fit actually. The seller was great. Initially I received the wrong wallet model, (Only issue was where the fold was sewn to the badge plate) and the seller immediately rushed the proper one to me with a return packaging slip for the incorrect item. I am thoroughly pleased with the seller. The wallet is almost great. The only gripe I have is that licenses and cards do not sit all the way down in the slots. The clear slot for a license or I.D. should allow for the cards to sit all the way in, but they stick out the top of the slot. On one hand this isn't too bad, since it makes it easier to get them out. However on the other hand isn't that what it's for? Isn't that why it's clear? The second window (directly across from the badge) fits ID's perfectly. No issues there. There is that leather flap that is supposed to cushion the badge between it and the ID window, and that kinda irritates me since it can impede easy operation when identifying myself. However, that's a very minor gripe, and realistically if I wanted it gone, I could cut it out. The wallet also gets VERY thick, very fast. I have three credit cards in the card slots opposite the DL window, 2 ID's in said window, and a card in the slot behind said window. I also have my badge, and LEO ID in the opposite flap. Other than that, a couple business cards and dollar bills. It is so thick I cannot carry it in a pocket and expect it to be comfortable. HOWEVER, that may just be my prissiness or I have it "overloaded," but I have significantly downsized from what was in my previous wallet, and I still feel as though it's too big. Again, I didn't have a giant badge in the last wallet either. Just take this as a data point. All in all, I am happy with the product. If I am being honest, I intend to find a bifold ID/Badge holder and get a separate wallet in the near to mid future. Just because I never carry it in my pocket, so it ends up being put in a bag all the time. The only reason it is getting 4 stars instead of 5 is because I think it could be better designed to fit cards, and maybe not be so thick. I am attaching photos to show how it sits as of today. I have owned this wallet for about 4 months or so.

I have never had to leave a negative review for a product but this wallet truly deserves it. I bought this wallet for my husband and as a gift and at that time the few reviews it had were descent. I would not recommend buying this as it is very flimsy. He has only had the wallet for a couple months and it’s already coming apart in the crease where it folds and behind his ID. This is ridiculous. I am not happy with this wallet whatsoever. Don’t waste your money, it’s not worth it.

Not the pictured item. If you look at the shape of the badge holder, you will notice indents along certain edges (this allows the badge to fit) The one they keep sending does not have these... the same seller (zbeem) has this wallet listed under another image too... that one is also not the correct size.I ordered this supposedly same wallet a long time ago and it fits perfectly, but they are now making them different or something.Buy at your own risk.

Well the wallet was good when I put credit cards or other things in it it got too thick and was very uncomfortable plus the spots for credit cards and things were too tight I could barely get any cards or IDs out. I did return it. And got a prompt refund

I liked the wallet, it had everything i needed but I did not realize it was going to be that tall and bulky. I dont have much stuff in it and i have a hard time putting it in my back pocket. Ive had smaller wallets before with the same compartments. Its still a decent wallet. Have not had any issues with it yet.

Great overall product. Although it has its small annoyances, it gets the job done very well. I was skeptical about it at first, but certainly worth what the product costs. My biggest issue is struggling to get my ID out when I need to get it out of the pocket. Other than that, nothing too major. A bigger leather block to hold the badge in place would be phenomenal; otherwise, I use this wallet daily. It just works like it should. Great product for what you pay. Highly recommend this!Now, for future sales and possible business opportunities, would/are you able to get different colored leathers on this product. I would have given this item all 5 stars but I am not 100% satisfied with it. The wallet becomes bulky after inserting your currencies, cards, and of course a badge. The pin that secures the badge to the wallet appears close enough to protrude out from the wallet. I am saying this after few months of use. Other than that it works out for day to day use.

Too thick. Doesn't close. I had to cut out the center portion of the wallet just to take it down 1/4 inch or so. I'll be throwing it out and going back to my old, tattered badge wallet.DO NOT BUY THIS WALLET.
