Very sturdy at such a low price! 😀
This lathe was perfect for giving me a taste of wood turning. The base is made of strong metal tracks.Even though its tiny compared to the standard size, it is enough for me to get used to turning and to enjoy it.The only downside is the headstock does not grip the wood so well and it can loosen over time.Still, this can easily be fixed by taking it out the wood and hammering it back in.

Tools not sufficient
Product itself isn't too bad, but the tools that came with it are not good enough. I had to make up a longer screw to attach the wood, as the one supplied is not long enough and the wood just slips. Machine ok for small hobby use if you use better tooling

Poor quality item.
Not worth it at all no power the size isnt as advertised. Really poor quality live wires showing and so many more downsides to this item very poor.

great little lathe read all the info to make sure its suitable for your needs perfect for my ring making but have not tried to lathe metal
