The Board Dudes 18"x1.5" Cork Bulletin Bar 4-Pack (CYF88)

Unfortunately, this is a laminated product. It is a very thin layer of cork over a thick layer of foam. See attached picture. I mounted these to oak, to use them as a spot to dry flies that I tied for fishing. I will update this review if they hold up, but I’m disappointed they are not full piece of cork, and I suspect the edges will fall apart pretty quickly with the way I am using it.

I am very happy with the cork bulletin board strip, it is perfect for my use and I’m able to find my documents and notes that are very important.

I purchased these to use in my kids' playroom. It's a shared space so I used them to hang Christmas cards this year and it looked really cute. Cleaning up today I decided to take them down to use them somewhere else and they stained the wall. I tried to wash it off but it's stained pretty good. Not sure why this happened as the backs don't look like they have anything that would come off but there is a long gray line of where they used to be and now I have to touch up the paint. Unless you are going to keep them in the same place (which I'm sure most people would) then these aren't for you. Overall they are durable and they did the job but I am not pleased that I have to paint over where it was.

I really like the smaller size, and thickness, but they are a little flimsy (not on a hard backing) so I had to add extra double-sided tape to adhere it to the door so it wouldn’t bow with the weight of the keys. I think I’ll put 6 or 8 of the 3M sticky squares behind the next one I hang up.

Great product for a great price. Just the right size to stick in useful areas like next to the fridge for shopping lists, etc. or put three above my work monitor for a handy spot for memos. They're a little squishy, and the wall-mount squares make them stand off the wall again making them extra squishy in the center, but if all you're putting up is pieces of paper there should be no issue. I definitely would not recommend for anything heavier than a few pieces of paper.

I wasn't a fan of the thick 3M double-sided adhesive tabs that were provided, so I just took a couple of screws and put each one that I bought in place like that. They're now holding up all the greeting cards that my wife has recently bought me, and they seem to work great.

There is a blank strip under the working screen of my iMac where I placed one of the strips. Since it sticks on , it was perfect for my often forgetting dated or expiring deals. The other 3 I stuck on my hutch that has a board hanging down for larger reminders and photos. Flimsy but adhere well to wood, plastic, and drywall surfaces & work super as intended.

One keeps falling down

I ordered to put up a calendar that we continued to make holes with push pins. I was surprised to see there is about 1mm of cork and 10mm of foam. The 3m tape seems to be holding but a longer strip would be better. Need long tacs. My small ones just fell out. So its ok, but I would have preferred solid cork.

Great product, perfect for my narrow office space !
