Financier Cake Pan, 8-Cavity Non-Stick Rectangle Muffin Pan Biscuits Cookies Bakeware for Oven Baking (Champagne Gold)

It is nothing to dislike about. There is no need to coat with oil, nor put any baking paper on top. Simply add batter or bread dough directly to the baking tray, and it will be done. I can easily take out the finished products by hand without any sticky problems at all!

It is a cake pan of good quality. For the type of financiers I wanted to bake it was a bit too shallow, wanted them to have more depth, but for some this may be practical. Aside from that it is a very good product.

Good portion size

This arrived quickly and so far, so good! It’s non stick qualities are behaving well and it cleans up easily. The little cakes are tasty and look very pretty.
