Good but not a Texas brisket rub.
This rub is good but it’s not a Texas brisket rub. Texas brisket rub is mostly salt and pepper. I expected this to be way more black pepper based but it’s not. Still good though.

Great tasting rub
John Henry's Texas Brisket Rub tastes great on just about everything I've put it on. Also worked fine on a brisket I smoked with hickory and a water pan. Nice mix of spice and not too salty.
