FisherSpace Pen Chrome Bullet Pen, Ballpoint, Brass, Black Ink

I have been using The Fisher Space Pen for years. I have given it as gifts. It is the best ballpoint pen and due to its small size when capped it can be carried anywhere. It reminds me that technology can used for good and preserving older forms of communication.

I received my first Fischer Space Pen as a gift and used it all the time until I lost it. I like that I can write on almost everything and it works all the time.

Small fits in my purse. Smooth writing.

The Fisher Space Pen like the one I purchased is to me, my favorite pen. I used to own 4 Pen Stores (high end pens etc.) and the Fisher Space Pens are the best. The reason I like them so much is quite important. I don't wear pens in my shirt pockets. This pen is made for putting it in the front pants pocket.Light weight, and with the special ink cartridge (refill) it is gas filled, so that you can write with it upside down, under water etc. Any angle. It does not smudge either. This is most likely my 5th replacement in 20 years as I loose them occasionally. The last time, it was going through a security check for metal, and forgot to take it out of the bin - or someone took it before it came back to me. The cost of this pen is very worth it compared to other quality pens.

I love this pen, super small with cap and then when you write the cap gives the length of a regular sized pen, writes nice and smooth

This is a Fisher space pen.It's the 400 or "bullet" model.Space pens are great and I like them very much.I am giving 4 stars because I've ordered this item twice on Amazon, and both times I received a random color.The picture shows, and the listing clearly says, "chrome" pen.In both cases the pen (ordered on Amazon) came from Office Max. I received one black pen, and one purple(!) a color I didn't know they even made.I guess they are just grabbing them at random.But hey, it's still a Space Pen. Just don't expect to get the silver one.

I have been using a Fisher space pen for more than 20 years. I have carried one with me on whitewater kayaking and rafting trips, backpacking, and international travel to remote parts of Guatemala, México, Chile, and Spain. I usually write several pages in my journal every day. Although I usually carry a spare pen, I don’t recall ever needing it. I always have one in my right front pants pocket.
