I've been looking for a number of weeks now at different machines to create shipping labels. I wanted one which supported 6x4 labels and worked by thermal printing. I came across this one after continually searching and took a chance on it due to the price point. At under £100 for the machine and software, and also a roll of 1,000 labels, I was sold. Since placing the order, the seller had great communication, and even sent the item on a priority delivery. As soon as I received the printer I set it up to get it going. As it stands, I am using the machine with a Windows 10 laptop, but also may use it with a Mac. Another selling point of this is it's compatible with both! (something a lot of the other machine aren't.)The seller e-mailed over links for the printer drives and also a label programme. I am yet to use the label software as I print all my labels via Royal Mail Click + Drop. The one downside to this is the complexity of installing the drivers and software. I did have to contact the seller around this and he has been the epitome of brilliant customer service. He offered up a direct way to contact him and offered step by steps on how to get the printer up and running. All in all I would say it took me around 1 hour from hooking up the printer to using it to produce the first label. I have since contacted the seller around other minor queries, and each time he has got back to me straight away and made sure the issue was sorted. I have now been printing labels for over a week and the length of time it's saved me is such a gift. Previously I was using an inkjet printer and having to cut out the labels from an A4 sheet, then fix to mailing bags with sellotape. Now with this printer, I can print and attach the labels within seconds (no exaggeration, you can print 1 label a second and simply peel and stick!)If you're looking around for a label printer stop right now. This is the one you want.

The media could not be loaded. Excellent quality product, speedy and the print quality on the labels is of a very high standard. The free labels you receive with your printer is an added bonus given the quality of the printer alone is worth every penny without the additional labels, so this was greatly appreciated.Very informative guides on how to setup and use the printer are included on the USB and are ideal for the less tech-savvy people around, me being one of them.The WhatsApp line is also very helpful, I had an issue with my printer (An error on my part, not the best with tech stuff) however after contacting the support line, I was talked through a step by step procedure on how to rectify the problem I'd caused, this was dealt with swiftly and to have someone on hand to help is great and has given me confidence to use the company again in the future should I need to for future purchases.Overall, very happy with my product and the service/help I've received thereon after, thank you guys 10/10.

UPDATE: Do not waste your money and time.This was good with a few issues here and there but I just bought a cheaper one for Munbyn and the difference is night and day, avoid this printer and go for one that is more reliable.

I have just opened this printer and I already love it. It's an all in one unit, which I like, as it fits on my desk perfectly with no stand to mess about with.It took me about 10 minutes to set up and install. I had to ring customer service and got an answer straight away. Jay was very helpful and was very accommodating even though I was asking something that they'd already covered in the installation guide, I just couldn't see it for looking. All set up and running now.This little machine is great and cuts out all the messing about I've been having to do with sticky labels on A4 sheets. It's really fast and dead easy to use. It comes with a free roll of labels and is about half the price of other popular 4x6 printers, so it makes it a great economical option. I'm so glad I picked this particular printer and would recommend it without hesitation.

Easy to set up. The print is not very good. From the very first label the same word will be both bold and faint. Hoping new labels will help.

Ok, so for a small business, a printer is a printer is a printer..... I am the founder of a small social enterprise and I needed a printer to help save on the costs of paper and ink from my standard printer. I did a little bit of research and saw this one had pretty good reviews, so I bought it.Installation was simple enough, my USB didn't fit, but I located and downloaded the software with a couple of clicks. I needed a bit of help getting the settings right, so contacted the support line AND I WAS BLOWN AWAY! Immediate response, friendly service and a genuine desire to help. I have since contacted support again - this time because I couldn't work out how to change the size of eBay labels and hadn't been able to find what I needed from the help pages. Even though this was not a printer issue, the support team provided me with manuals, instructions and YouTube videos. It turned out that the feature on eBay had been updated and a lot of the info provided online was outdated. 'Rapid Label Printer Support' did not HAVE to help me, but they did and I am one happy customer.So to anyone out there looking for a good, functional label printer, with OUTSTANDING customer support. This is the one you need. Buy it immediately. You're welcome.
