Customer service was beyond excellent.

What a MESS!
I can't use the cartridges because the outer wrappers are covered in black ink. It appears there was an explosion in the packaging area of the facility where these were made. Pic of my hands is after they were scrubbed. No picture of the shirt I was wearing which was destroyed. Don't recommend!

Product was not everything I hoped it to be
Cartridges fit fine but received 8 magenta inks and zero cyan(blue) ink from the pack I bought guaranteeing 4 blue inks so now I have to order more ink anyway which is unfortunate.
