Great customer support before and after purchase. I was initially a little concerned over getting the correcting fittings to my 1/2" pipes and 3/8" compression valves to ensure I could install before calling & hiring a plumber or general contractor to start the work.I asked wowkk questions before making my purchase, and after purchase and follow-up, wowkk DID send me the proper hose connectors and adapters to 3/8" connections so I could get the faucet installed. This took about a month, and they did reach out upon delivery to ensure my installation would go well.My installation was, overall, a 3 - 4 hour process for a few reasons. First, remove the old faucet. Second, 2 of the 3 original faucet holes had to be enlarged towards the outer edge to accommodate the new faucet stems (mockup of my project attached, outer-most dotted lines were my most). These had to be done carefully and without guides. Note that making plumbing holes wider has nothing to do with wowkk, but a necessity to switch from my original single mount. [They actually don't push you to buy their faucet for a single mount replacement which is another excellent point to their favor] The 3rd hole where the spray is installed in my pictures was super easy & fast since a guide could be used. Second, the connectors... aren't as my contractor called it, "normal" ones you usually see here, with a twist-on nut or push-on connector. You have to spin the entire hose, then use the wrench to tighten the hose connections. This can be difficult in tight spaces like mine. It is also very important that you decide and write down where you want each of the pieces and its angle/position for your contractor or plumber to install.After installation, the items function as expected, and it looks beautiful! I also love the OFF feature on the faucet where i can turn off water to both faucet and sprayer and avoid accidents. The swivel feature was one reason I chose this model to upgrade my tub [see pictures of different swivel positions].If you're considering an upgrade to your tub, this is a good product, and customer support is with you the whole way.

We needed a bronze Roman Faucet Deck Mounted for our master bathroom remodel. The old faucet was over 25 years old and that company had stop making the replacement valves so we had to replace everything. I decided to shop Amazon to see if I could get one shipped the next day. I stumbled upon this Wowkk Waterfall Roman Tub Faucet with a handheld Shower Wand. After reading dozens of reviews, I decided to order it. As promised it arrived the very next day. We had already installed new tile because we thought we could just replace the old faucet with no problems. Wrong. There was no access panel to the faucet for my jacuzzi tub so they had to gain access by cutting a hole in the bedroom wall next door. Well we we’re blown away with the beauty of this faucet after it was installed. Our contractor was also impressed with the workmanship and weight of this product. It was definitely worth the price we paid. As others had said in their reviews, we discovered after our first use of the shower wand that we needed a much longer hose. I called customer service and spoke with a very nice lady named Kelly. She was courteous, professional, and assured me that they would order and send me a replacement hose at no charge. We followed her directions and ordered a custom hose of 84” which we received in a week. It took our contractor approximately 10 minutes to install. Looks good and works great. It’s been almost 4 years since I bought my faucet and I have no complaints.

This faucet set is beautiful and functional. The one star I deducted is because the instructions weren’t clear on how to install the set and so it was a struggle initially to get it done correctly. The water pressure is great and fills the tub quickly. One thing I noticed though is that there is water pooled up in the tub faucet when the water is turned off. Otherwise I am very happy with my purchase.

I really like the look and feel of this faucet. It is made of heavy, high-quality material and looks great attached to my jetted tub. The water flow is strong and looks awesome filling the tub. Installation was a breeze as the instructions were well defined.
