Perfect fit!!! Everything in one box! Rebuilt my Troy Bilt Pony 42” deck and it cuts like a brand new mower!!! Great value! Only had one bad shaft but changed them both.

Good product The belt
I like it and the items were great and I would buy again and shipped in good shape and quickly shipped these items were well made .Everything was easy to assemble and when I started to mov my lawn I go about a half of acre and the new belt broke and fell off I was extra careful installing everything and thought everything would be fine but this happened with the new belt I like to believe that it was a defective belt. It said it was a original part.

Troy-Built Bronco 42" deck refresh kit.
My old Bronco lawnmower had a spindle (also called a mandrel) go bad and the blade fell down an inch and started scalping my lawn.Rather than buy a replacement spindle I went with this kit.. I was NOT disappointed!In the kit you get 2 spindles that have a grease fitting which the original did not have and probably why the bearing race blew out! Exactly the same dimensions as the old. It also has 2 new pulleys for the belt side of the spindle with nuts, two new blades, and 2 new idler pulleys for the top of the deck where the belt goes towards the engine. Basically all the wear items get refreshed with this kit.Upon installation everything went back together perfectly and the new belt matched properly with the engine pulley.The mower now cuts anything, without throwing the belt - even in tall grass, and as long as the spindles get greased occasionally it should last longer than the originals which did last 8 years as it was.

Did not include spindle bolts for blades
Great product everything bolted right up correctly, only thing I didn't like it did not include the spindle bolts for the mower deck blades

Wrong Information
Replacement Idler pulleys are smaller than the original on a Troy Bilt TB42, Spindle Pulleys are bigger than oringinal pulley. Need to reposition belt guards. Not a direct replacement item
