I’ve been taking this (almost) daily for about a month now, and this stuff really works. On the days I forgot, the following day I wasn’t able to pump as much with my morning pump. I use the powder and think it goes best in a smoothie, though sometimes I just mix it in water with mio and drink it that way. The taste isn’t too bad, It tastes like healthy greens, but it’s a little better with the mio. You can sprinkle it in your food too and generally don’t taste it at all that way. I’m sure the capsules are easier, but they’re more expensive with the amount you have to take per day. I’m planning to keep taking this until I’m done breastfeeding.

This product I kept thinking about purchasing and finally did, it boosted my supply just 1/2 an ounce not much, (low supplier), didn’t see or feel too much of a difference. The taste isn’t the best but you get used to it. Prob. just a one time purchase for me.

I used for a short time did see a difference in my milk supply but not a crazy amount. Would buy again.

I put them in my morning shake and can’t even taste it. Seems to be working great for my milk supply.

I put this in my smoothie & my babies purée and it was a hit for both of us! It’s so easy to incorporate into your food dishes, just sprinkle it on. I love that it comes in packets so it’s not messy! 10/10 recommend!
