Installed in less than 10 minutes
My 2002 Honda CIvic Lx had a crack on top of the fuel pump which made the interior of the car small like gas all the time. I tried different glues but nothing worked. Finally, I found this and gave it a try. I figured if it was a POS, I was only out a few bucks and really didn't expect much due to the low price point. Sometimes, you get MORE than what you paid for.... just like in this instance. SO glad I didn't fork over the hundreds of dollars for an OEM pump. This works perfectly! Not only did it solve the issue of the gas odor inside the car, my idling improved, MPG increased, and overall snappiness has increased. VERY happy with this purchase.

Works, plain and simple
For the price I wasn’t too sure about the quality but so far it has worked perfectly and good fit for 2003 Civic. Can’t hear the fuel pump, started up fine as soon as I installed it. If it lasts a few years its more than worth it. OEM lasted 20 years.

Car Running great 4 weeks later!
Alright, I was struggling with purchasing this fuel pump because the reviews that have an actual explanation are all a bit mixed. Anyways I decided to make the jump because my local repair shop was asking for 800 to fix my pump, and their explanation was that their pump had a 3 year warranty. However, this pump was relatively easy to install in my 03 civic and comes with a 1 year 50,000 mile warranty. So essentially, even if I had to replace this pump once a year for the next three years, I’d only be out 70 bucks. And if it surpasses the one year warranty then i’ve gotten my money’s worth anyways because 70 bucks for more than a year of driving ain’t bad at all. So anyways if you’re trying to decide rather or not to purchase this pump, and you have a bit of mechanical knowledge or youtube. I’d say go for it. It sure beats paying 6-800 dollars for some guy to look up a youtube video and do it himself. it took me about 45 minutes for reference.

Great deal
The first one came broken despite well packaged with air and foam cushioning. No way it was broken during transport. The 2nd one came missing the new lock ring. Not a big thing as the stock one was still in great shape. Bang for the buck an excellent deal. The pump alone is the same price at local auto parts stores. Comes with a new gasket. Install tip : put the new seal on the tank opening then drop in the assembly.

Excellent replacement. Like OEM.
Bought the first replacement from rock auto. That one did not work so they kindly refunded me for the purchase. I found this one on amazon for a cheaper price after calling Honda for their quoted $800 price. Tested it before the install and it was perfect. One thing to note is that the locking ring that comes with this pump does not fit on the tank. So take care of the old one when removing it.

Didn't last 6 months. Started making noise then started getting low fuel rail troublesome.Car barely made it home. What a waste of money
