These work perfectly as a replacement. I normally try to stick with products made by the manufacturer, but it's way too hard to justify the price of the "genuine" Brother tape vs these. Again, this is a perfect replacement.

These generic label refills are exactly like the brand name ones. They fit the machine and print just as expected.

I had to return these, because the new Brother label maker I have does not accept a tape this wide, and wouldn't shut with it in there. Hmmm, it did not specify that it would not accept some sizes, so I'd assumed any tape meant for a Brother label maker would fit in a Brother Label Maker. Who knew? Anyway, Amazon was nice, and accepted the return, even though I'd opened one - but never used it. Yay Amazon!As to Tape quality, I'm still giving it high ratings, because I have two other widths of the exact same product, and they both work great in the machine:Pros:* Nice and sticky, so they adhere well.* If you can get a corner up (Box cutter blade), they will come off, and leave no sticky residue, even on wood.* Ink adheres well, and does not smear, even though it's fresh off the printer.* Smooth plastic-y feel, should hold up well to water, though I've not had that use - yet.* The dual rip off backing makes placement easier, because you can rip off one half, apply - reposition, then rip off the second half, when you're happy.Cons: Price is high for all these tapes, and it does not fit all Brother label makers, so watch out. Otherwise, it's a good quality label, and the best price I found for these things.

These label cartridges work great with my Brother label maker. The white labels are exactly as pictured and provide clear, easy-to-read results. They fit perfectly in the machine and make labeling a breeze. I’m very happy with the quality and would definitely repurchase!

MUCH more reasonable that the office supply store. Seem to print and stick just as well as name brand.

I wouldn't purchase these again. Very disappointed in the quality and readability. The labels get jammed in the machine, parts of words do NOT print and the adhesive sticky back sucks!! The labels don't stick well at all. I can't count how many cartridges I've had to throw away due to them get stuck & jammed in my brother label maker. Save yourself the frustration and DON"T purchase these!
