This roller is firm. The bumps really get into my shoulder joints.

I am relatively new to massage rolling. I was having some leg pain from running that kept getting worse. I was getting shooting pain up into my lower back. I eventually found out that it was from tense upper leg muscles. I happened to be going to buy new running shoes and mentioned it to the gentleman helping me. He showed me how to use a roller. It was nice timing since this one had just arrived. I have been using it daily most days since then. It has helped SO much with my pain.This one is particularly nice because of the varied textures and grooves. You can use the textured areas to help control how much pressure you push on to your muscles. I prefer the part that looks like tire tracks. I feel like it really pushes in hard and allows me maximum relief. This roller definitely gives you a lot more flexibility and depth than a foam roller. It is also really well made and sturdy. I have been abusing it and putting it to the test. I have not had any issues. I really love this and I highly recommend it!

This is my very first massage roller. My chiropractor has been encouraging me to use one of these for years, with the goal of helping me to open up my spine to make up for too much slouching over a computer at work during the day. Rolling on my back on this roller is amazing! It feels like the perfect size, just high enough off the ground when rolling that I don't feel like I am scraping the ground with my body. It is comfortable but, as intended, the built in grooves apply that great deep tissue massage feeling. It is sturdy and doesn't seem to flinch one bit under the 200 pound body weight. Overall, this is genuinely a high quality deep tissue massage roller. I am looking forward to using it long-term and reaping the benefits in my posture and back comfort! Would recommend.

I love the size, texture and hardness of this roller. It is hard enough for deep massage but doesn't hurt much. I can comfortably massage all parts pf my legs and back. It is surpringly light weight and compact enough to pack and carry easily. Great product overall.

This is extremely helpful because it doesn't seem to have an issue with weight and is extremely firm. Place it on the ground and balance yourself along it. As you roll, it helps to loosen the muscles and relieve pain. I spent a few months having pain from switching to a work from home environment without having a home office. With this and a new desk and chair, my back pain has finally subsided.

I've been using foam rollers for years so I was excited to try this one out. Turns out it is much firmer than the "firm" ones I was used to.I like the different textures as it allows for some different feeling than a flat foam roller, but you need to know in advance that when it says firm, it means FIRM! I would say it was almost painful but I was able to get the hang of it.Personally, I have switched back to my other ones that have a little more give. If you want a firm foam roller, I highly recommend this one as it works well and seems like good quality.

This roller is sturdy, comfortable, and versatile - it fits my husband’s 6’2’’ 220 pound body just as easily as it fit my own significantly smaller body. So far, we have seen no signs of wear even after over a month of consistent usage.This our first experience with a roller, so we weren’t quite sure what to expect – on the first go, my husband absolutely hated it. I blame this completely on the fact that he just hopped on without reading the manual first. After actually reading the little guide that came with it and watching a few youtube videos on how to use the roller safely, we both now love it. Definitely do a little research if you are inexperienced so that you can maximize the benefits and avoid injury.
