This is a beast of a trolly. I’ve used multiple times for super heavy grocery delivery that I do with on the side. The Costco heavy weight purchases by customers would have otherwise broken my back. This has saved me going upstairs. The photo shown took me two trips but handled approximately 300lbs to this third floor apartment. By the way, the customer did not tip but this trolly has paid for itself.Downsize is the cargo area is too small. I have just gotten creative with lugging items. I use a second bag and strap that to the top. Works well!

I work for Shipt and got this for apartment deliveries that are too heavy to carry. I have only used it once so far but it was great for getting cases of soda up three flights. I'm not going to lie, it was still heavy and hard for me to pull bc of the weight but the wheels worked great going up the steps and it saved me time from having to make several trips. I definitely recommend this if you have stairs and need an easier way to get your items to your place!

I deliver groceries and merchandise and these are the negatives for me. Offer larger sizes. The basket is only good for small grocery orders. Needs bigger wheels. If there are no risers between each step (leaving an open gap between each step) the wheel does not touch the next step, it rolls under the step and gets wedged and will not go any further. Meaning each step has to have a riser or each step has to be lower in height than one of the stair climbing wheels so that the wheel touches the step or riser to continue the climb. I tried to go up concrete stairs today at an apartment complex. It did not work at all. It caused more aggravation to me and my back fighting with it.

Perfect size to handle groceries coming up 12 steps. Saves many trips into one. Wife loves this cart. We live in a bi-level with 10 steps. Plus Items stored in garage are easily brought up in one trip, not 4 or five.

I gifted this cart for my spouse, and he loved it! Very lightweight and easy to maneuver around. I like the fact that it has other functionalities (i.e., hand truck). Definitely worth the money. I highly recommend this product!

The frame the back wheels are mounted on are SHARP. My grandson ended up in the ER to stop the bleeding from the gouges taken out by them.

The mechanism for going up steps works well, though it makes quite a racket, and is not particularly easy to pull up behind you. But the main problem with this is that you can barely get two bags of groceries in it, and it is much easier to carry two bags up the old fashioned way than to drag this thing behind you.

This cart is a perfect solution for shopping. Now I can easily transfer heavy stuff like water bottle case etc from car to home. I find it same as described.
