Snapped within 2 weeks and wasn’t able to return

Easy to assemble and looks great in my lobby. First person tried to get up and leaned on the table. It snapped on one side. Seriously disappointed in the design. Didn’t even last a day. Now I have to fabricate some half-assed fix to repair it. UPDATE: 10/15/21 2 weeks in use and its going in the trash. The table completely snapped off leaving 4 sharp brackets in the middle. Cant return it. DO NOT PURCHASE unless you want it to be an art piece that no one sits on. The design encourages people to use the table to get up or lean on to sit down.

Bought for apartment lobby area. Residents love the modern style

Product is sturdy, fairly easy to put together and looks great in our hallway.

Great fit for my office

Nice overall look, very contemporary and clean. The biggest problems I encountered were that some of the holes were not drilled out completely, plastic inserts were damaged and bent. The tray table in between seats will need to be manually bent into correct position. Besides that, they are sturdy and will work well in my waiting room.

The shipment arrived in 3 separate deliveries and no one had advised us. So we opened the first box and had to wait for boxes #2 and box #3 to arrive days later. The base of the chair is super sturdy and strong and I was impressed with its quality or sturdiness. The chairs were nice enough to sit on, but the handles on either side of the seats were cheaply made and almost looked like plastic. The table in the middle of the seats has a really bad designa and can not support any weight on it at all. We had a large coffee table sized book on it and we could see the table begin to sag forward. A few days later, a customer sat in the chair, placed his items on the table and the whole table broke on our customer and his items as well as the table fell to the ground. We should have ordered the 3 seat product and we probably wouldn't have had this problem. But, the two seat product with the middle table drew our interest because we felt the table would give more space between seated customers. Within 30 days of purchasing the seat, we had to toss it out as customers now felt unsafe when seated due to the lack of a side arm rest where the middle table would have been. We did not call support so I did not give a rating for support.

Very cheap build, very low to the ground, and not squared when assembled. The table between the chairs is angled and the entire piece looks cheap. Very disappointed.
