Flower Fairies Magical Doors

The media could not be loaded. My grandaughters have had this book ( one each) since Jan an March 2019 and from the onset, I found them beautifully drawn. Each book is a treasure to keep for generations to come. The pop-ups were very precisely cut, with beautiful vivid colors and all the fairies were as beautiful , delicate and magical as I have always imagined them to be. I have 4 different pop up fairy books by the same author an publisher, mostly used because they are rather pricey but each one was in great condition with no need of repairs and no writing or underlining in any of the pages. I will buy another of this particular book because one of faeries was torn by my baby grandson ( I repaired it with no outward evidence of the tear). I highly recommend this even for much older kids - it is a classic to be treasured forever. It is now 2023 and I bought them.in 2019, still in a great condition. My granddaughters were 8 and mature 3 at the time.

We used this as a bedtime story for my 2 granddaughters ages 7 and 5. The interactive pop-ups and visual effects were really stunning.

The book came in a timely manner with no damage, well packaged. My 5 year old granddaughter and I had fun all summer with books about fairies. She particularly enjoyed the pop-up books (we had 2, including this one). The colors are rich and the art wonderfully engaging in this book. The story gave us imaginary thoughts and creativity. She loved sitting on my lap wth a flashlight and a magnifying glass looking into all the deep recesses of the pop-ups. The "secret" doors and hints of trails gave her surprise after surprise. She looked for more signs of hidden fairies. I made paper fairies that she colored. When she came back to visit, the paper fairies where hidden around in our yard with little written scrolls attached to each, giving hints of where the next fairy could be found. The last fairy held hidden treasure treats for the tea party we shared. This book was read over and over. Some fairies she forgot she had found before and others she found for the first time. It gave us hours of delightful imagination, wonder, intrigue, mystery and giggles from both of us!!

I will be gifting this to my 4 yo granddaughter for her birthday next week.It is simply beautiful, magical, all a young (and older reader) one might wish for.

This book is a beautifully illustrated book with interactive scenes on each pair of pages. My grandkids really enjoy it, and it is one of their favorites. In addition to opening doors and watching surprises, we try to locate and count the number of fairies in the colorful pages. This book is equally enchanting to both the boys and the girls. It will be one of those books that will always be a special book at Nana's house.

Great quality naught the other two books as well. 9 & 10 year olds loved this.

There are 3 of these books, all full of imagination, The first book is the best for introducing you to fairies and how they come and go. It has a double page pop up scene all cutout as it's last page. The 2nd book has several popup pages of cutout scenes. And the 3rd has almost too many, as much as they fascinate me. I liked the 1st and 2nd best, tho the 3rd is a WOW! I gave this book to an adult who had the 1st book. I would think 8 -12 would be the best years for children... the pop-up pages can be complicated for youner ones.

My 6 year old daughter absolutely loves this book. Her teacher has this book in her class library and my daughter begged me to buy it for her. The artwork is beautiful. The pop ups still amaze her every time. I wish it had a better story, but that doesn’t seem to bother my daughter. I highly recommend this book.
