Slightly disappointed
Ordered these for my 03 sporty with 12 inch bars. Installed everything just fine except for the brake cable. It’s definitely on the shorter side. Could use an extra 2-4 inches. Overall decent quality parts for the money.

First day
I really like the wire extensions no cutting, and everything seems smooth so far

Beware of the clutch cable
Clutch cable was finger tight and broke off. Had to cut the end of the cable off to get the threads out of the cover.

Weak clutch cable threads
Everything went well except the clutch cable threads are weak metal. Threads broke off when attaching to primary housing. Was only hand tightening and threads broke off. Now I have to get another clutch cable

Fits perfect !!
All lengths of cable were a perfect fit! It came with EVERYTHING that's necessary to go from a stock to a bad ass look!! That is if you have the 12" ape hanger handle bars. All you need is some hands tools and half a brain :-) PS.... For that extra clean look I fished the electrical stuff through the bars.

Clutch cable issues
The Burly kit was being installed on a 96 Xl with 2-inch risers and 12-inch baby apes. The cable lengths were perfect. When threading the clutch cable into the primary I noticed the thread engagement was loose. So loose, I thought the threads were stripped out in the primary. I reinstalled the old cable and in fit as it should. I threaded a 5/16-24 nut on the Burley cable and my old cable to compare the thread engagement. The Burley cable was considerably looser. I called Burly and asked if there was possibly a bad run of parts. They knew of no issues. Their tech service was nice to deal with and offered to warranty the cable if Amazon or the Seller was not helpful. From Burly, the cable was on backorder for 2 weeks. The kit came directly from Amazon, so I felt my best option was to send the whole kit back, even though the other cables were already installed. I was concerned if I waited 2 weeks for a cable from Burly and it was the same as the first, I would be out of my window to return the Kit. After reading several reviews about broken clutch cables, I'm "assuming" they have production issues. I am getting my cables from a different company. I have 20 years' experience as a Harley dealer tech and this is a first for me.

Almost right
It's a nice kit but the brake line doesn't fit the banjo fitting is to small so I still have to spend and extra 80 bucks on the right brake line
