This is my favorite heating pad! The material is soft, the cord is long and durable, and it fits comfortably around my neck, with just the right amount of weight to rest across my shoulders. Plus, the magnetic closure makes it super easy to use!

I purchased this heating shawl 2.5 years ago. It's been great! It's such a shame that last week it stopped working. All 3 lights are blinking, there appears to be no way to reset it or repair it. However, I paid about $33 for it at the time. So I guess I got my money's worth?

I love the weighted heating pads. This particular one can adjust to the different areas on the body. Due to the fact that it's weighted it rests on you and does the work for you. Really enjoy this product.

I looked for days to find a neck heating pad. Thought this is it. Got it yesterday & here is a review. First, the heat part is way toooooo hot. I only used low ( 3 heat levels) & after 5 minutes had to turn it off, then after 10 minutes I would turn it back on only to turn it off after 5 more minutes. Next, the neck area, is good, not too tall, as I have a short neck, but its uncomfortable, had to roll the neck part down & I had on a shirt with a double collar. Next is the closure, it's way too tight, is by magnets which do work but still way too tight, I am average size. Next is the cord, the cord is of industrial weight/size, didn't need to be, a little overkill if you ask me & the cord was all bent out of shape. Overall, the unit is too heavy. If you are a size 10 women, you might like it except for the weight & heat, too hot. These heating pads should be sold by size only, not a one size fits all. I won't return it but here's hoping the electrical will burn out soon.

How have I managed to survive without this for so long?! It's really helpful to loosen up my tight shoulders and neck after (or during) a long day at the desk, working from home.There were many similar options to choose from when I looked for a neck and shoulder warmer. I wanted one that focused on the neck and shoulders and was easy to put on/off and not get in the way as I use my arms/hands or move my head. This one works just as I needed. I wasn't sure if more settings would have been helpful (for temperature settings and auto-off timing) but in the end this turned out to be the right bang-for-the-buck.I'll update this review if I come across any trouble, but so far, it's been great for the last couple of weeks. The cord, controller, and connections all feel sturdy, so I don't really expect any problems. At some point I'll try washing it -- that'll be an important test, and I'll report back here afterwards!

It heats up fast. No more tying strings around my neck, the magnets are strong enough to hold the pad in place. Comfortable material.

Just wish the fastener was better as it is difficult to fasten.
