Faulty
I bought this awhile back didn’t work so I threw it in the shed forgot about it so before I bin it anyone know if it has a fixable common fault

Good speakers clearsound nice and light

Faulty unit
I received a faulty unit. Very quiet with very little sound coming from the item even with a song full of bass and with the audio and mixing desk at full volume. Returned for refund but seller did not supply return label and asked me to wait another 48 hours for technical team to support but they never contacted me. So returned using an Amazon return label, in which I paid the return postage which I was told by Amazon would be refunded by the seller. Trying to get the return postage refunded was a nightmare and seller refused to pay. Luckily after being passed from Amazon customer services, to the seller and back again a few times Amazon finally agreed to refund. Awful seller for returns.
