Work surprisingly well
I am very impressed at the quality of these forks. There is a sharpness yo the edge where the tines are that allow easy cutting the flesh from the shell. They’re small enough for all kinds of clams and oysters yet strong enough to scrape the largest shellfish free.

Look great and perfect for oysters
The forks look expensive and nice. And they do the job perfectly - we use them for raw oysters, and they are super convenient, even if while shucking you didn't disconnect the oyster from the shell, you can easily do it with these forks.
