We have an 1800s house with original woodwork around the windows. I've bought four different air conditioner brackets for our various window units and this is the only one that sits in the window properly without causing any damage to the frame. It was really easy to install and seems very strong. I'm actually going to throw down the money to replace our other (actually more expensive!) brackets with this one.

This was exactly what I needed for my window AC. I didn't want to screw into the window frame, and also didnt want the weight of the AC on the window frame (it's an older house and the part of the window frame is in fragile condition, but it was really the only window I could put the AC in on the first floor).The bracket was easy to put together, setup and install. And it made installing the AC much easier as well. I love it and highly recommend these types of brackets for window AC's, especially if you cant or do not want to screw a bracket into the window frame.

Sturdy enough and as described. Holds 98.6 lbs 12000 but unit, did require some extra insulation tape to seal up.

This a/c frame was easy to assemble and adjust. It fits well, seems of good quality and seems plenty strong. It was easy to mount, and is neat in appearance. I could use several more, except the only problem (for me) is the price. I feel it's a bit expensive, although its price is very similar to others of it's kind. (I just think they're all priced too high for what they are.)

Yes,just wish it had sides for the smaller air conditioners

The bracket does what it's supposed to do- it's sturdy and it holds the A/C unit. I had two main issues. The first, as others have mentioned, is that no instructions come with it. Not the end of the world, because installation is fairly straightforward. but this is the kind of thing you really want to get right, so instructions would have been helpful.The other issue that was really more irritating was that all of the snap buttons were on the same sides of the support beams. I purchased two brackets, and for both of them, I had to pop off the end, pull out the snap button, and turn it around so it would secure. I ended up breaking one (if you have to do this, don't use pliers!), and had to put in a new snap button.Since this exact same item is available at comparable prices from other sellers, I would not order this again.

Was looking for this in many hardware stores and was unable to find this one, works great, easy to install and holds my window ac firmly , would recommend this to everyone who has a window ac unit, secures the unit to the outside great

As someone who needs to use window AC units, this bracket is great. Easy to assemble and use and helps to make window ac units easy to install. One issue is that the adjustment pins are spring fit and can pop out but it were easily reinstalled.
