(BX) Mastisol(r) Liquid Adhesive by Ferndale

I never buy anything without reading at least a few positive and negative reviews. This was an exception because I had been looking at these through medical suppliers and they are so expensive. I saw the price and it said limited stock so I jumped on it and bought them right away. When it finally arrived it was such a small package that I knew I had been had. The picture with a box was misleading because I only got one. My daughter has an ostomy and we have such issues with pain when removing to change them out. When she was in the NICU they used a similar product when removing adhesives and survival bandages so I wanted to try these for that. The product itself worked fine but that price is way too high for just one.

This is ONE small unit of mastisol. The large bottle is a greater value. This product works great to help secure tape for a glucose sensor. I also got a large bottle and apply it with a Qtip.

I did expect better value... I would have gladly paid more for an entire box rather than an excessively large amount for one single application of adhesive. Dividing the box out as singles is fine at a reasonable price, I consider this one price gouging.

Good price, and perfect for me to have this product dispensed in small quantities. Being able to be stored conveniently, seemingly forever, is also a plus.

Don’t like how this ad read it is misleading. Item was used to hold bandage but didn’t.

Issue: Only one vile came and not the box full of them. I thought the description of “1ea” meant one box. There should not be a picture of the box in the ad.This seller is taking advantage of the consumers. Worst part is that it can’t be returned. How the heck was it sold if it can’t be returned??? The item works fine but the marketing strategy of putting the entire box in the description is unethical. I have partially amputated fingers and bow I don’t have enough of this for bandaging…thanks for the help seller….

I've read a lot of reviews saying that they have been Scammed, Come on People, do you really think that you are getting a box of 48 vials of Mastisol for $4?It's obvious to me that you are getting 1 vial of Mastisol

This is a little deceptive and all my fault for not reading the details. It is for only 1 vial not the box of them like the photo shows. Not worth the money and I’m sure they are hoping this happens because it is non returnable. Their win. My loss.
