Worth every penny
I don’t write many reviews but for these I have to. They are absolutely fantastic and worth the extra money over the one size fits all insoles. Since they are size specific, the arch support can be placed where needed for each size individually. These feel very comfortable and they give your shoes a springy feel. I went for a short run today and my mile pace was approx 30 seconds faster than usual. Best part, no calf pain, no joint pain after and I just feel better overall after the run. 10 out of 10. I’ve already recommended them to two people personally.

Best Running Inserts
If you want arch support and you run, these are the best I've ever used. If you haven't gotten your feet used to staunch arch support they might be a little uncomfortable at first, but they helped get rid of my plantar fasciitis.

Good but a bit too bulky
I used Currex sports insoles for playing tennis and decided to switch to Dr Scholls, as they had good reviews and cost half as much. Although the materials are good, they are bulkier and the shoes wind up feeling small. This is a concern specially for people with wide feet or high arches.

Helps with my arthritic knee
I have arthritis underneath my knee cap and this has helped a lot. I use it in my hiking boots and it supports my arch without lifting my heel (a source of pain with other insoles). I do lots of hiking and walking, and this did take a week or 2 for my legs to adjust, but once they did the insoles were perfect. I’ve got several sets in my other shoes. I’m a 7.5-8 in women’s shoes and these fit without trimming.

Repackaged and more expensive Dr Scholls running insoles
These are the same thing as the Dr Scholl's running insoles but instead of cut to fit they are sized and way more expensive. Now I know why they discontinued the running insoles, so they could charge more for these. Although the color scheme is different they appear identical in other aspects. Despite the fact the cost went up, very happy I can still get them! Been wearing for years and they go in every pair of my shoes including running, hiking, and hunting. Awesome inserts, still cheaper then some of the other brands that want $50.Edit*These are actually lower quality then the old running version (which were lower priced) as the top liner comes off with hard use. They've held up ok in running and everyday shoes, but in hiking boots the liner peels off and what's left is kinda sticky, not as comfortable. Disappointed...

Are they worth it? Oh yeah.
I’ve been running in Spenco insoles for years, happily so. Zappos was out of them the other day, with nothing to indicate that they’d be back in stock, so I took a chance on these (from Amazon). I’m mainly interested in protecting a bone spur at the back of my right foot with a little extra cushioning than comes with stock insoles. These do that well (so does Spenco), but I was in for a pleasant surprise: my legs felt much less pounded up after a hard eight-mile run than usual. I just ordered another pair. They fit true to size. I got the 9.5—10 for my size 10 Brooks Adrenaline GTS 21s.If you’re young and anatomically perfect, you can probably run with boards strapped to your feet and should save your money. Otherwise, you might want to consider paying up for these.

Does NOT fit as described!
HORRIBLE. I wear a 7.5-8 and bought the 7.5-8 Women's. They are NOT 7.5-8. I tried these in walking shoes, running shoes, and they wouldn't even fit in my standard size 8 Sketchers! In both my walking and running shoes, these do not line up with your arch properly and it caused me really bad pain on the whole bottom of my feet. None of my other insoles have ever caused pain, they generally decrease it. I returned these. Very disappointed.

Takes a while to get used to, but awesome once acclimated
I needed to replace the super flat, zero-arch-support insoles in some hiking shoes I bought recently for hiking and to wear to work. When I first tried these Dr.Scholls, I found the arch support I was looking for (fist pump!) but wasn't unexpecting the arch support mound to extend diagonally toward your little toes. The mound feels like it's at least an inch longer than strictly necessary and typical, and at first I thought I was going to hate it. However, after wearing the shoes for an hour, I had acclimated, and now a month later after wearing them daily I love these insoles! Unexpectedly awesome.
