RockTapeKinesiology Tape for Athletes - 2-Inch x 16.4-Feet, H2O Electric Blue

I am a massage therapist and use Kinesis Tape for myself and on my clients from time to time. The H20 Rock Tape is the best brand I have found so far for active people who are in and out of the water a lot. It stays in place for days. However, probably because the adhesive is so strong, if I leave it on for too long in an area where the skin is more sensitive, it does eventually cause some irritation/itching.

ABSOLUTELY the BEST tape on US market! Do not even consider using KT!Rock tape is great because:1. Fantastic adhesive ! the tape is on my arm for 3 days now ! YAhhh! (KT would start peeling of within hours....2. No "pre-cut" nonsense allows you to cut exactly the lengths needed.3. Fabulous colors! It is very important not to use BLACK KT as the black color absorbs all the heat energy!

I’ve been using RockTape H2O for years and now it seems like they changed to this ‘extra sticky’ kind and got rid the version that actually stayed on without issues. It’s frustrating knowing they had a better option at one point and now it’s gone.

It stays put and does what you need. I’ve used it on my neck, elbow, foot and knee and no matter where I use it it stays out until I take it off.

Great product and holds up for a week.

I bought this tape for my 12 year old daughter who is a swimmer. She uses it on her knees and occasionally, her hips. The tape does help with her pain. It adheres quite well during swim practice. She actually forgot to tape her knees before school and I made a special trip school to take it to her. I will buy the tape again soon! Thanks.

We first saw the kinesio tape on athletes at the 2012 Olympics & didn't know what it was. I had knee replacement in 2013 and it was not available. But by the time I had the other knee scoped in 2015 my physical therapist tried it on my knee. It helped a lot but I have an adhesive allergy so I couldn't keep using it. My husband, however, can. He was very glad to take my roll of tape!! He uses it on his shoulders and his knees. He highly recommends it.

Aw dang! This was no more sticky than the normal RockTape, actually it might be less sticky. Put it on yesterday, had swim last night and woke this morning to find tape had loosened big time. Kiddo is in the pool 5 days a week and we blow through RockTape. Was so hoping this would cut down on the unsafe rate. *sad*Is it a bad box of tape or just not what I hoped for?
