I've had KT tape applied at my doctor's office and I've done it myself at home. Some brands are easier to apply & withstand use than others. This brand is one of the best available.The tape arrived quickly and was as pictured. The color was vibrant and as shown. The price was far better than retail and worth EVERY PENNYThe instructions were clear & included pictures, a great plus, they also discussed where to apply tension, when to apply tension and, just how much tension to use when applying the tape based upon the body part you're trying to support. They provide photos so you know you've done so correctly & I've had my doctor compliment my application thanks to those instructions.Once on, the adhesive did not peel back around the edges or at points where there's a bending or flexing joint. It held and didn't peel back until after two aqua spin classes & my fourth shower yet, even then it was because it snagged on my towel. I love that! No one has time or money to waste reapplying tapeGive it a try. It's a low tech, low cost, alternative to some of the more traditional means of muscle support that's amazingly effective.Go and get yourself some-Enjoy!

These do take getting used to and takes practice to learn how to apply. There is a cheat sheet with it and also, tons of YouTube videos to look at. There is no resticking, if you miss the mark the first time, you can't unpeel it and restick - it won't stick (probably kinda obvious but will put that out there). Once I was able to get the tape applied, to my knee, it really did help support it and keep things where they are supposed to be. The hexagon shapes to provide a guide to how much stretch to take and that is helpful.

This is the best Kinesiology tape I have used. I have tried other brands. I have a torn meniscus and am trying to rehab it for as long as I can before I will have to have surgery. Being a runner it is a slow process. The reasons I find this tape to be the best are as follows......1) the strips are precut which makes them easy to use. I had to cut a strip in half for the bottom portion, but that was easy. 2) the rounded corners of the strips are better then squared off corners as they don’t “catch” on clothing. 3) the little design on the tape is a great indicator as to how far it has been stretched 4) it stays on a long time. Lasts through showering, sweating and swimming, sometimes up to three days without lifting. 5) the surface is relatively smooth compared to other brands. This review is a little long but I highly recommend this brand.

These are sticky enough that they stay on all day. I mean they'll even stay on a few days if you had to use them just wash around them. I used them to re align my knee when walking and in pilotti's and they work really really well.

This tape sticks really well. And the shapes make it more effective to apply the proper tension on the tape depending on where the tape is used. I am only giving this tape 3 stars because it ripped part of my skin off after having it on for a week. Ouch! The adhesive made me itch a little as well. I won’t buy or recommend this tape to others if they have sensitive or semi-fragile skin.It is also in precut strips and it just doesn’t work for some of the larger areas that I wanted to use it on. If you don’t have either of those problems, this could be the tape for you.

I had been having issued with plantar fasciitis and bone spurs. After PT AND medical massages I'd bee getting my foot wrapped to kind of keep the muscles in place. I now find that I miss the support and will definitely keep some on-hand for any flair ups. I absolutely noticed the difference when I wasn't tapped up. Great product!
