WüsthofClassic Ikon 7 Inch Hollow Edge Nakiri Knife, Black

Recently received. This is my second Classic Ikon knife. I find the handle very comfortable, which is no surprise. This knife is very sharp and agile. It seems a bit more precise than a traditional chef's knife, though the lack of a point may take a bit of getting used to. For me a great buy. It looks like a smaller cleaver but is really very different to use.
