Work well, I can tell a difference.
I have taken these nightly before bed for a couple of years now. I can tell a difference in my sleep if I forget to take them.I did the “absorption” test and they dissolved quickly in a glass of water. I make sure and drink at least 8 ounces of water when I take them to aid in breakdown and absorption.The quality of my sleep is much better and thanks to the magnesium I don’t wake up with sore feet anymore.
