Will not work with newest IOS update.
I bought this as a Christmas gift for my son, so that he could FaceTime with his cousins in the States. The software was so outdated that I couldn't download the newest IOS update. Because of this, I was able to set up an Apple ID for my son, but unable to access the account, rendering the iPod absolutely useless, aside from taking pictures and video. I started the return process, but the screen got cracked before I could ship the product back.
