Excellent!
The device is small and portable with an easy-to-use interface. The touch screen, camera, and control work very well. Translations are accurate and quick, making it convenient and useful to carry around when traveling or during business meetings. It is also nice to have for someone learning multiple languages. Overall it’s well worth the money and definitely recommended.

no support from cust serv
Couldn't set it up. Cust service sayed they would call me and get it set up, but no callback. I emailed several times but recieved NO help. Very dis-satisfied

Translations often wrong
This only works best if you have wifi. You can download a language for when you do t but my experience was that the translations were often wrong - sometimes horribly or embarrassingly. I finally gave up after having to reset and reboot it several times. It became a pain to try to use. I just ended up using my cell phone which cost only $12/ week for a local sim in the country I was visiting. I used Google translate in conversation mode and it worked very well.

Don't buy
The quality was good, but the reason for having it meant nothing. It advertised being offline and useful without wifi nor hotspot required. However, that is false. You need one or the other to operate. I may as well have my cell phone on the job site.

This translator has been a good investment , I brought this as a gift for my son who like to study different languages.

Slow, slow, slow
Despite the fact the translator is very slow, is also very inaccurate. Tested on different languages translation from english and vice versa. Touch screen is unresponsive, and battery drains very quick under intensive use

Offline mode should be improved!
The design is good! Managing the interface is not difficult! But unfortunately the offline mode doesn't work very well!
