Premium Double Handle Otoscope Set -Otoscope/Great for School -Cynamed (PINK)

Only one worked out reached out they sent me a new one, neither one in the new one worked so asked to return both and be refunded, they told me they checked it before sending it and it worked and to make sure I’m using AA batteries…. Not sure what they checked because I tried 4 new batteries and 4 batteries that are currently working in things now and they never worked. So they charged me for the broken replacement instead of giving me a refund and return labels for both. They went in the trash since they can’t communicate.

I bought this for my physical assessment class, the otoscope does not work at all, by the time I got around to that portion of the class, it was too late to return

I bought this set because I need a lightweight ophthalmoscope that I can carry in my lab coat throughout the day. I really only need it to check red reflexes in infants. I have not had the chance to use it yet, but upon inspection, it seems ok. I love the color too. If this turns out to be a good purchase I will buy another set for my coworker.Edit: so after using it I will say I am disappointed. The light is very dim and it is really hard to see a red reflex. I've given up using it and am just using the big heavy ones the hospital has.

awful quality. I only needed it for a video I made for NP school but I really couldn’t see in the ear. Not something I would buy if I actually needed to use it in practice
