Brilliant
I've been putting drops in for 2 weeks after being told I had lots of impacted ear wax in left ear. Have been suffering with some hearing loss and pressure. Got the bulb syringe delivered whilst at work couldn't wait to get home to try it out. Omg it didn't disappoint. After a few goes and a good squeeze nice big chunks of wax came out and immediately felt like I could hear better. The picture doesnt do it justice. Going to continue with drops and have another go in a few days. Very happy with the results so far

It worked
I was a tad sceptical after reading reviews, but gave it a go.I used olive oil in my ear for a few days and then used the bulb.Be careful not to use too hot water, I shouldn't be doing this at all really, but I've had this ear cleaned out a few times, so I felt fairly confident.Warning!! You're not supposed to put anything smaller than your elbow in your ear!I got it right the second time I filled the bulb, and, once I'd squirted the water I left the bulb in situ to re-inflate. That gave some suction...and eureka...I could hear.I left well alone and a few days later was able to pull the wax out and take a photo of it.If you're squeamish, don't look at the photo too closely.I'm delighted.

Have used for years (but I was ENT)
bought again as son needed my syringe to feed dying dog in his care. This is best wax removal kit . Make sure water is body temperature. Head over basin of water. Do not use if you have an ear drum perforation - ENT check first . Do the syringing yourself as this way you can't do any damage as long as it's painless. Success indicator is wax in the basin. Do not poke or scratch you ear otherwise. Let water drain out. Retired ear surgeon no longer licensed to practice!!! PS The outer ear has a natural process of skin growth towards the outside which in most people takes the wax with it. Irritation or discharge needs proper treatment by someone with ENT training. Many GPs have none! Some audiologists (fitting hearing aids) have special training in ear suction with a microscope. Ask around.

It is what it says
It is a bit slow to suck up water, but it does work as a syringe. As can be seen in the picture, the nozzle is quite narrow so please be careful not to push it to far into your ear canal. Also, make sure you rinse it and empty it thoroughly after use. Then give it a few squeezes in the days following using it to be sure it is 100% dry. Otherwise you may find yourself squirting mould into your ear when you next use it.

Too big
Far too big for a human ear might suit an Elephant.

Did exactly what was needed.
This was exactly what we needed. Three days of olive oil drops and then this little bulb arrives. Used it with warm water to keep flushing into the ear. My husband sat up with a bowl under his ear to capture the water. Three flushes with warm water and his ear was clear and the bowl full water murky with the wax solids in it. Back to full hearing and no longer the ache in his ear.
