Ans i used this powder every day morning and evening 3 gms each. That's all. After two months usage... My B12 level is 215 mg/dL. Wonderful medicinal value. My activities incredibly increased. Good quality. But this time powder is very dark colour almost like black. Last time it was light brown colour.
