It is by far the best tailored support out of everything there's nothing even that comes close and I've tried a lot, I have double hernia and I need real support to function, I get it a size small and wear it without the pads, even though it's 100% cotton I still wear it over thin cotton underwear, the support is real and even though it's tight you have motion nothing else I've used works for me nothing stays in place, constantly repositioning, this is the only thing that I've used that actually works,
