I use this when making toffee and it's always what I need. It comes quickly, arrives on time, and is always in good condition. I never question the quality of these and will continue to order.

I use this just for stabilizing my homemade almond milk so it works better for hot coffee and tea. All liquid lecithin is pretty hard to deal with, but this suits my purposes best. I give it 4 stars rather than 5 because you have a leave a pretty good amount behind when you near the near of the bottle due to to the shape of the bottle. For the most part, however, it pours pretty pretty easily, and the liquid lecithin itself does a good job of stabilizing my almond milk.

I notice a reduced appetite when I take this lecithin. On days when I miss a dose, my appetite creeps back up. Provides necessary resources for cell division within the body. Healthy fat for the brain.

Good product and will buy it again unless they keep raising the price.

Lecithin is an absolute must for anyone looking to lower cholesterol count the natural way. Lecithin is a natural fat emulsifier, but also will emulsify cholesterol straight out of your body. I'm not making health claims, but I am stating my own experience and that of my mother. She had heavy blockage in the carotid arteries on both sides prior to using lecithin, and within the first six months the blockage cleared about 75% on both sides. I used it and dropped about 100 points of cholesterol, and between my mom and I we dropped about 300 points of cholesterol in the first six months. Choose this if you want to incorporate it in cooking - to replace some butter in some recipes, for example. There is a peculiar taste to it, but you can add it to many foods. ALWAYS choose sunflower over soy, since there is danger of cross-GMO contamination of even the most 'organic' soy on the market, due to cross-pollination which cannot be controlled.

The product is EXCELLENT. It's very thick, black-brown, TASTELESS, has an oily, near chewy consistency and I CAN FEEL IT! My body didn't like it during the first 72 hours but, this isn't a new experience for me. I had the same reaction to choline in high concentration. It's doing it's job. The shipper was great. Got the delivery early, packaged perfectly and, the two-for-one deal didn't hurt my feelings at all!
