These glasses are great for blue light blocking. It is important to consider that they make you see everything in a yellow dimer light. However, the eyes feel a lot more relaxed after working at the computer and looking at cellphone.

I’m a sceptic when it comes to claims about products such as this, but in all honesty they’re so much better than the cheaper ‘readers’ out there. My eyes are less tired and I’m able to work longer with fewer breaks. The dryness thing is true too. Genuinely pleased.
